1. Acceptance of Terms

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jilbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements.

10.2 Termination by jilbet

jilbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

Upon termination for breach, jilbet reserves the right to forfeit any account balance and withhold winnings. For terminations not related to breach, remaining balances will be returned after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jilbet, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.

Arbitration will take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against jilbet.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilbet regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without jilbet's prior written consent. jilbet may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent.
